How much does TeyaHealth cost?
Starter is free. Professional is $499 per month. Enterprise is $699 per month. Those are the list prices per practice, billed monthly, and every plan can be customised. The table above shows exactly which features sit in each tier.
Which plan should I choose?
- Choose Starter if you want to see AI Scribe and Progress Notes on real visits before committing. One user, two-week trial of the AI features.
- Choose Professional if more than one person needs access, you want your own note templates, or you are replacing a chart you have outgrown. This is the right plan for most practices.
- Choose Enterprise if you bill in-house and want the claim work in the same system as the chart, rather than exporting to a billing vendor.
If you are between Professional and Enterprise, the question is simply whether you want billing inside the platform. Nothing else changes.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Starter costs nothing, needs no card, and does not expire. What is time-limited is the trial of the AI features inside it — Progress Notes and AI Scribe run for two weeks so you can judge them on your own visits.
Do you charge per provider or per practice?
Plans are priced per practice, not per seat, and Professional and Enterprise are multi-user. If your headcount or site count is unusual, tell us on a demo call and we will price it against your actual setup rather than a seat count.
What is not included in the price?
Pass-through costs we do not control are quoted separately: clearinghouse and payer connection fees, e-prescribing network charges, payment-processing fees on patient balances, and any custom interface work to a third-party system that does not support FHIR. We will name these before you sign, not after.
Can I change or cancel plans?
Yes — plans are monthly, and you can move up or down at the next billing period. Your clinical data remains yours; ask us for an export at any time and we will provide it in a standard format.
