NEW Role-based AI agents, on every encounter

Agentic AI for healthcare: the AI care team behind every visit.

Six AI agents — patient, front desk, nurse, provider, billing, and document — work every visit together on one source of truth. Your team approves what matters. Everything else just happens.

The Care Workflow

Prepared before. Present during. Handled after.

Your agents move the visit forward at every phase — so clinicians stay with the patient, not the screen.

Pre-Visit

Prepared before the conversation

Intake, eligibility, vitals, med reconciliation, and a clinical summary with alerts and care gaps — complete before the provider walks in.

Encounter

Present during the encounter

The AI Scribe documents ambiently with clinical reasoning while decision support surfaces evidence and treatment options in the moment.

Post-Visit

Handled after the visit

Signed note, coding, claim scrub, patient instructions, and follow-up — finished before the clinician sits back down.

Trust & Safety

Autonomous where it should be. Accountable everywhere.

HIPAA-compliant by design

Encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and full auditability across every agent action.

Human in the loop

Agents prepare, draft, and stage. Your clinicians and staff review, edit, and approve what matters.

Every action traceable

Each agent publishes events to a shared log — see who did what, when, and why, on every encounter.

Interoperable from day one

FHIR-friendly integration with the systems you already run — no rip-and-replace, no data silos.

Who It's For

Built for the practice, not the enterprise IT department.

TeyaHealth is software for the people who run outpatient care. If you own the schedule, sign the notes, or answer for the claim, you are who this is for.

Solo and small practices

One to ten providers with no IT team. Start on the free tier, keep your existing phone number and workflow, and let the agents cover the admin work you are doing yourself after hours.

Growing multi-site groups

Ten to a hundred providers across several locations. One shared encounter record, role-based access per site, and reporting that rolls up without exporting spreadsheets.

Specialty and post-acute clinics

OB/GYN, primary care, behavioural health and similar outpatient settings, with configurable templates and flowsheets rather than a fixed chart.

Where TeyaHealth is available

TeyaHealth sells and supports its platform for practices across the United States, remotely — onboarding, migration and support are all delivered without a site visit. Our head office is at 11 Apex Drive, Suite 300A #167, Marlborough, MA 01752, and we are reachable on +1 (617) 284-6176.

We are not a care provider and we do not treat patients. TeyaHealth is the software your clinicians use; the care, and the clinical judgement behind it, stays with your practice.

The Difference

Agentic AI, a copilot, and a chatbot are not the same thing.

The short version: a chatbot answers, a copilot drafts when asked, and an agent completes the task and hands the result to the next step. TeyaHealth builds the third kind.

Terms, defined

  • EHR (electronic health record) — the chart: the record of a patient's care that follows them across providers.
  • RCM (revenue cycle management) — everything between seeing a patient and being paid: coding, claim submission, denials, patient balances.
  • FHIR — the standard, pronounced "fire", that lets different health systems exchange records without a custom integration for each one.
  • Prior authorisation — getting an insurer's approval before a treatment, so the claim isn't denied afterwards.
  • Encounter — one visit, and everything recorded during it.
FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is TeyaHealth?

TeyaHealth is an agentic AI platform for healthcare practices. Six role-based AI agents — Patient, FrontDesk, Nurse, Provider, Billing and Document — work each patient visit and hand off to each other through events, on top of a full EHR, AI Scribe, practice management and billing suite. Your team reviews and approves anything that matters clinically or financially.

How much does TeyaHealth cost?

Three plans, priced per month: Starter is free with basic tools and a two-week trial of Progress Notes and AI Scribe; Professional is $499/month for full clinical access; and Enterprise is $699/month, which adds the Billing Suite. Any plan can be customised, and there is no charge to start. Full feature-by-feature comparison on the pricing page.

Who is TeyaHealth for?

Outpatient practices in the United States, from solo clinicians to multi-site groups of around a hundred providers. It fits best where the same small team owns scheduling, charting and billing — that is where agent handoffs remove the most manual work.

Where is TeyaHealth available?

Across the United States. Onboarding, data migration and support are delivered remotely, so there is no dependence on your location. TeyaHealth is headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and we do not require an on-site visit to get a practice running.

When should a practice move to an agentic AI platform?

Three signals usually mean it is time:

  • Clinicians are finishing notes after hours rather than in the room.
  • The same patient detail is being typed into more than one system.
  • Claims are being reworked for reasons the front desk could have caught at check-in.

If none of those apply, a scribe or a single tool may serve you better than a platform. If two or more do, the handoffs are where your time is going.

Is it safe to let AI agents work on patient records?

The agents prepare and stage work; people approve it. Notes are signed by a provider, claims are reviewed before submission, and every agent action is written to an audit log that names what was done and when. The platform is built to HIPAA requirements, with encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access control. Nothing is submitted, signed or sent to a payer on your behalf without a person approving it.

What does TeyaHealth deliberately not do?

It does not practise medicine, and it will not make a clinical decision for you. It does not diagnose, does not sign a note on a clinician's behalf, and does not submit a claim nobody has reviewed. In the CRM, the voice agent never takes card numbers over the phone — balances are resolved through a secure payment link instead. And callers describing an emergency are told to call 911 immediately rather than being routed into a queue.
